Data Storage and retention

Your personal data is stored by BBR on its servers, and may be stored on the servers of a cloud-based management services BBR engages, located in the EEA. We may transfer and maintain your data on servers located outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) but only in or to such countries outside of the EEA which have been approved by the European Union as providing adequate levels of data protection.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including the purposes of satisfying any legal, account, or reporting requirements.

We will take commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your data is held on secure servers and that it has appropriate security measures in place to prevent unauthorised access to, or unauthorised alteration, disclosure or destruction of, your data and against their accidental loss or destruction.
