I can transport the items myself – can I take them to your depot for recycling?

Yes, you can find us at eircode, H91 AF30. Our opening hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. There is no need to book but if you have more than ten items, please phone 091 760877 in advance. Our team are happy to help you to remove the items from your vehicle and we can accept cash or card payments on site.

My area is not listed on your website – can you collect from my address?

Unfortunately, our collection service is not available in all counties just yet but we do have a national waste collection permit. If you can contact us with your collection address, we can certainly look into this for you. Please keep an eye on our website & social media pages – we will be adding new counties!

The mattress is dirty/wet – can this be recycled?

Unfortunately, we cannot collect mattresses that have been left outside for long periods/are soaked through. If your mattress is wet but you have space to store it to dry out, we may be able to collect at a later time. If your mattress gets damp as it has been left out for collection this is fine, we can dry this out at our depot before recycling.

Can the driver help me to move items out of the house?

Regretfully, for health & safety reasons relating to covid-19, our drivers are not permitted to enter any households. We would ask that items are left outside/porch/garage or shed where possible. If you are home for the collection, items can be kept by a ground floor exit and moved from outside the building.

Why is there a service charge?

Our team spend a lot of time on the road, transporting your items back to our depot in Galway City where they are recycled by hand. This is a messy and time-consuming process but it’s worth it to keep old mattresses and furniture from going to landfill/incinerator!

My item is not listed – can you recycle it?

We can recycle most types of furniture (wood, metal, etc.). If your item is not listed, please get in touch and our team will be happy to check this for you.

I will not be available at the collection address for pickup – what can I do?

That’s no problem, items can be left outside or in an accessible space (open porch, garage, etc.) for collection. If the items are left in a hidden space, just let us know and we can pass a message to the driver.

Can you let me know what time my collection will take place?

Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to advise on a collection time but we would be happy to give you an estimated time slot if requested (usually a 3-hour window). If you cannot be available on the collection date, we would ask that you leave items outside for pickup.

Can I choose a collection date?

Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to select a preferred date but we will do our best to make arrangements that work for you.

I would like to add more items to my order, how do I do this?

If you placed your order online, you can simply place another within 24 hours of the collection date and our team will add this to your order (subject to availability where routes are full).

I would like to remove/change items on my order, how do I do this?

Please contact our team directly and we will be happy to assist.

I need to reschedule my collection date, how do I do this?

Please contact our team directly as early as possible so our driver will not have to visit your collection address. We will advise on the next available dates for your area and re-schedule the booking for you.
